I. WHAT IS THE PRIVACY POLICY?

This document (privacy policy) defines the principles of processing personal data of all persons visiting and using the website akademiamarki.pl (hereinafter: "Brand Academy") and is a response to the information obligation resulting from the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Union and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data of natural persons with regard to the processing of such data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L119, 4.05.2016, p. 1) (hereinafter "GDPR").

 

II. GENERAL INFORMATION.

The owner of the website www.akademiamarki.pl is Tomasz Ziółkowski, running a business under the name Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski, with its registered office at ul. Kolorowa 24A, 52-200 Wysoka. The business is entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, has the NIP number: 949-010-40-12 and REGON: 017244217.
The administrator of personal data and the personal data inspector under the GDPR regulation is Tomasz Ziółkowski, ziolkowski@marketingpartners.pl; tel. 603 634 743. The personal data obtained by the Administrator will be processed for the purposes of implementing the ordered training, or consulting and marketing services (promotion of services and products offered by the Brand Academy) and in accordance with the content of the granted consents. The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

III. WHAT ARE PERSONAL DATA UNDER THE GDPR REGULATION?

Personal data – according to the GDPR disposition, means information that allows the identification of a natural person (to whom such data relates). This may be name and surname, email, geolocation data, user identifier (id).

IV. WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA DOES THE AKADEMIAMARKI.PL WEBSITE PROCESS?

The following data are collected and processed on the website (if completed by the person using the website): first and last name, e-mail address, current position in the company, telephone number, company data (address, tax identification number, e-mail address) - in the case of registration for training via the registration form.

V. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION BY MARKETING PARTNERS TOMASZ ZIÓŁKOWSKI.

Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski processes personal data of Clients in order to properly execute orders including applications for open training, orders for the implementation of closed training, consulting and other advisory services.

The data is not shared with third parties. Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski requires only the data that is necessary for the proper operation of the website and the provision of services in accordance with (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b), i.e. processing necessary for the performance of a contract, the provision of a training or consulting service, or on the basis of (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), i.e. the consent of the data owner in the case of marketing activities. Failure to provide the required data will prevent the performance of the activity to which the data pertained.

Browsing the contents of the akademiamarki.pl website not connected with purchasing services or using the contact form does not require the Customer to provide personal data.

The basis for the processing of personal data by Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski is the voluntary consent of the Customers, as well as the statutory authorization to process personal data in order to, among other things, enable Customers to use certain functions of the website; fulfill orders for the services of Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski; fulfill subscriptions to the newsletter on the akademiamarki.pl website and notifications; and implement direct marketing of the products and services of Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski.

By providing his/her personal data during the submission of a form by the Client in order to: purchase a service from Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski, send an inquiry or fill out any contact form on the website, the Client accepts this Privacy Policy. By doing so, the Client consents to the processing of his/her personal data in connection with the conclusion and performance of the agreement by Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski.

By providing their personal data and checking the appropriate box, the Client additionally consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski services, including, among others, sending newsletters, notifications and other forms of marketing. Providing any personal data is voluntary.

Providing the data required in the process /using the contact form/subscribing to the newsletter/placing an order for services/ is necessary for the proper performance of services by Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski. The data subject has the right to access the content of their data at any time (Article 15 of the GDPR - in accordance with this article of the regulation, in such a situation the administrator of Witalnych will provide the data subject with a copy of the personal data subject to processing.

The data subject has the right to correct/rectify the data at any time (Article 16 of the GDPR)

The data subject has the right to request the cessation of processing of his or her personal data ("the right to be forgotten") (Article 17 of the GDPR), i.e. the right to delete data.

The data subject has the right to restrict the processing of personal data at any time (Article 18 of the GDPR). The data subject has the right to transfer data at any time (Article 19 of the GDPR).

The data subject has the right to object to data processing at any time (especially if the data is processed for direct marketing purposes).

Recipients (processors of entrustment) of personal data include entities ensuring the maintenance of the service, including entities from outside the European Economic Area. The exchange of personal data with these entities is regulated by a data entrustment agreement.

VI. HOW CAN A DATA SUBJECT EXERCISE HIS RIGHTS UNDER THE GDPR ACT?

It is sufficient for the data subject to send an appropriate message to the address info@akademiamarki.pl (at the same time, this is the implementation of Article 12 paragraph 6 of the GDPR regulation) or send a message by post to the address Marketing Partners Tomasz Ziółkowski ul. Kasztanowa 16, 55-010 Żerniki Wrocławskie. In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, the controller of personal data will respond within 30 days.

VII. WHO AT MARKETING PARTNERS TOMASZ ZIÓŁKOWSKI HAS ACCESS TO THE COLLECTED AND COLLECTED DATA?

In accordance with Article 29 of the GDPR, only the owner of the company - Tomasz Ziółkowski, who manages the akademiamarki.pl website, has access to the data.

a. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
b. The service may also save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address)
c. The data in the form is not made available to third parties except with the user's consent.
d. The data provided in the form may constitute a set of potential customers, registered by the Website Operator in the register maintained by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
e. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to process a service request or contact sales.

3. Information about cookies.
a. The website uses cookies.
b. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.
c. The entity that places cookies on the end device of the Website User and obtains access to them is the Website operator.

4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
a. creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use websites, which enables improving their structure and content;
b. maintaining the Service User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service;
c. determining the user profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

The Service uses two basic types of cookies: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies". "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or disabling the software (internet browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

Software for browsing websites (internet browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Users of the Service can change the settings in this regard. The internet browser allows for deleting cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Limitations on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service's websites.

6. Information about some user behavior is subject to logging in the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the service and to ensure the most efficient handling of the hosting services provided.

7. The resources being viewed are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:
a. time of arrival of the request,
b. time of sending the response,
c. client station name – identification performed via HTTP protocol,
d. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
e. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – in the case where the Website was accessed via a link,
f. information about the user's browser,
g. IP address information.

8. The above data is not associated with specific people browsing the pages.

10. The above data is used only for the purposes of server administration.

11. Sharing of data.
– Data may be made available to external entities only within the limits permitted by law.
– Data enabling the identification of a natural person is made available only with that person’s consent.
– The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Service to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
