From the experience so far, both in work in an enterprise and as a consultant, I conclude that there are two basic situations when a company needs a marketing consultant, the first is when the company is unable to identify the causes of stagnation or sales drops, the second is when it is looking for a "fresh" perspective while working on a new growth strategy.

In 2023, as a division director at Selena Group, developed a global business growth strategy for sealants and adhesives division.    

Currently, advising on growth strategy for one of the leading Polish meat products producer.
