1992

I am finishing my studies at the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics

I start working for the international company BENCKISER (today Reckitt Benckiser) as Assistant Brand Manager in the washing powder category
First year, I learn marketing, develop marketing analyses and make their presentations.
Later I am responsible for the first brands: Wir and Perła washing powders. Towards the end of my work at Benckiser I manage the Bryza brand.

1995

I accept a job offer from the coffee market leader - Tchibo Warsaw, as a Senior Brand Manager
I learn about marketing from the corporate headquarters perspective - I participate in numerous meetings at the headquarters in Hamburg

1997

I get promoted and become the head of the marketing department responsible for the markets of Poland and the Baltic countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia
I launch the Tchibo brand in the Baltic markets
I participate in a project to develop a go-to-market strategy for Tchibo stores to be launched in Poland

1998

I accept the job offer at Leaf Poland as the CEE and Export Marketing Director
I launch 3 new brands to the market: AHA sesame snaps, Royal Halva and HOPS candies.

1999

I am taking over the management of the Mynthon refreshment lozenge brand in the CEE region
On March 24, 1999, while returning from a business trip to Belgrade, I manage to catch the last plane to Vienna - from the plane I see NATO bombers that have just begun 78 days of bombing Yugoslavia.

2000

I conduct the first training for the marketing department of the Altadis tobacco group "Fundamentals of Brand Management"

2001

I receive an offer from the CEO of Carlsberg Polska to become a couch for the marketing director from Denmark

2002

I receive an offer to take up the position of Group Marketing Director
I integrate the marketing departments of four breweries that have joined the group: Okocim, Kasztelan, Piast and Bosman.
I develop a new brand portfolio strategy.
We implement a consumer segmentation project based on "need states", we re-launch the Carlsberg and Okocim brands.

2003

I receive an offer to join the Board of Directors at Carlsberg Polska, I become Vice President of Marketing
I launch a new brand - Harnas, which replaced Okocim blue label, and re-launch the Karmi brand with a new vision and marketing mix.

2005

I leave the Carlsberg Polska company,
I become an independent consultant.
Half a year later, I launch the Brand Academy and start my own training program for marketing professionals.
In Media i Marketing Polska magazine I receive my column in which I write about practical marketing.
As a result of the training I complete, I receive invitations to implement strategic marketing projects as a consultant.

2006

I work on the TP brand strategy, new Nestlé ice creams.
I start a 4-year cooperation with Panasonic Polska
I start to teach marketing at the International Executive MBA programs at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.

2007

Highest Ranked Professor.jpg

As the first Polish lecturer in the history of the program, I receive a distinction awarded by the students of the Executive MBA program: "The Highest Ranked Professor".

The programme was conducted in English in cooperation with London Business School, HEC School of Management in Paris and the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

2008

I work on the Soraya brand strategy
I develop a marketing strategy for TVP Internet television.

2009

Panasonic Polska accepts my idea to promote new Lumix cameras with added value: film - photography school and orders 40 thousand DVDs from me.

I become a film producer and produce a one-hour film in England with landscape photography legend Charlie Waite.

2010

I develop a commercialization strategy for the new stadium in Wrocław, which is being built for EURO 2012.

The promotion with films on DVD becomes a big sales success.

I fly to Tokyo following an invitation from Panasonic headquarters.

Publication in Harvard Business Review Poland of my article “21st Century Marketing: From Consumer to Community”

I work on a brand strategy for BZ WBK bank
I develop a marketing strategy for Software Mind.

I combine my passion for landscape photography with an idea for an innovative product - I develop the Tuscany Photographer's Guide application and introduce it to the Appstore offer.

I win a tender in a consortium with Kantar to develop a global brand strategy for the Polish furniture industry.

We carry out research in China, Romania, the Czech Republic, Germany and the UK

The strategy I developed is presented by the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology at the Poznań Fair

2019

I become a marketing advisor for the implementation of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan funded by the British Department for International Development

As a result of my long-standing passion for woodworking, I design my own line of solid wood office furniture under the Zendu brand.

My hand-made furniture are placed in the offices of the CEOs of several well-known companies in Poland.
